WELSH rock band Feeder will headline this year’s Summer Ball.

Best known for hits including Buck Rogers and Seven Days in the Sun, Feeder will be supported by Fame Academy star Lemar, Austrlian drum ‘n’ bass group Pendulum and a Take That tribute act.
Around 5,000 students are expected to attend this year’s event at Abbey Meadow on Wednesday, June 10.

The main arena will be under a tent and there will also have a rave-themed tent pumping out some amazing beats from drum n bass and funky house to commercial dance and hip hop.
Another new addition for this year is the comedy tent with a line-up of fresh faced comic brilliance.
There will also be a free fun fair, a reverse bungee, magicians, stilt walkers, fire breathers, street entertainers and it will all be caught on camera.

Tickets will be on sale on Wednesday, 18 March only from 10am at the Ents box office, priced at £37.50 with deposit option available for £20 with the remainder being paid by May 1.
